These terms and conditions ("Terms") outline the rules and regulations for the "Our Gift to You Campaign" ("Campaign") offered by Twine Restaurant ("We," "Us," or "Our"). By participating in this Campaign, you ("You" or "Your") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Campaign Details:

1. The Campaign is valid for wedding ceremonies to be held in the year 2024.
2. To be eligible for the free wedding ceremony, you must book your wedding ceremony between September 1, 2023, and December 31, 2023.
3. The wedding ceremony venue must be Twine Restaurant ("Venue").
4. The free wedding ceremony includes the essential ceremony setup, décor, and coordination services, subject to the terms mentioned herein.

Reception Requirements:

5. The reception associated with the free wedding ceremony must be held at Twine Restaurant.
6. The reception must have a minimum of 50 guests in attendance.

Availability:

7. The free wedding ceremony is subject to the availability of the Venue and our services.
8. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

Booking and Confirmation:

9. To avail of the free wedding ceremony, you must complete the booking process by the specified deadline.

Terms of Service:

10. Our standard terms of service for wedding ceremonies and events apply to this Campaign. You are required to review and agree to these terms separately.
11. Any additional services beyond the scope of the free wedding ceremony may incur charges as per our regular pricing.

Modifications and Cancellations:

12. Any changes to the booking, including rescheduling or cancellation, must be communicated to us in writing and are subject to our standard policies.
13. In case of cancellation or failure to meet the minimum guest requirement for the reception, the eligibility for the free wedding ceremony may be revoked.

By participating in the Campaign, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to make any necessary clarifications or amendments to these Terms as deemed necessary.
